LB Printery Pricing Info & Policies

:: Custom Quote: Contact us to get a quote for your specific printing project.

:: Corrections: Any alterations made to your electronic file and/or in response to changes indicated on your proof will be charged at $75/hour with a $25 minimum. This includes image replacement, re-sizing or repositioning and making text changes or corrections. If you make changes to the file yourself and upload a new file to us with your corrections, there is a $25 fee. We will check your file before beginning any work and notify you about alterations to get your approval before proceeding with the job.

Upon submission of your order, your credit card will be charged $25. This fee is not refundable except in rare cases when we are unable to meet your specifications or print the project.

:: Re-Orders: For most orders there is no discount for re-ordering. Because most jobs are direct to plate and require no negatives, future re-orders require you to re-send your files. We will go through the same procedures to complete your re-order as we did on your original order. Books are an exception to this. Negatives are used to produce our books, so reprints with no changes, or very few changes will have a price savings for you. You will need to call or email us to get an accurate quote on the savings.

:: Software Issues: The easiest and most efficient software for us to work with is Corel Draw, Quark Express, Pagemaker, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Files prepared with these software types will never cost you anything additional if you have prepared your files correctly.

Other software we receive and use for jobs regularly are Publisher, Word and many others. These programs can have additional charges to make them "print ready". We won't know until we get your files and pre-flight them.

Files which require our time to make them "print ready" are charged at $75 per hour. We would not proceed with changes to your files without your knowledge and approval.

:: Turnaround Time After we receive your art files and your order has been put into production, you will receive a proof within 48 to 72 hours provided your files are accurate and print-ready and your payment has been processed. If we design your artwork, please allow 5-10 days for a proof. All orders received after 11:30 A.M. EST. will be processed the following business day.

Please Note: One-half hour of file pre-flight is included in the listed price. Should extra time be required, you will be notified in advance of completing the work. Additional time charged at $65/hr. - minimum one-half hour.

Your order will be scheduled to ship the 3rd to 5th business day* for 12pt. and the 4th to 6th business day* for 10pt. following the day of your approval.

The promptness of your proof approval will determine your delivery date.

*NOTE: Although every effort will be made to adhere to this shipping schedule, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee these dates. If your delivery schedule is critical, please advise your representative and we will do everything possible to meet your deadline.

:: Considerations If these schedules are not satisfactory, and you want to avoid rush charges, minor revisions will be made, whenever possible, to accommodate your delivery needs. Please call us at 570-869-1105 to see if we can help you.

Rush charges: Call for Rush Charge Information. There is a Minimum $165 Rush Charge.

A cancellation fee of $25 plus appropriate artwork charges applies to all cancelled orders.
